Happy Grass

Happy Grass
by John R. Greenwood

may day after rain
a summer soaker aftermath
green blades of joy stretch skyward
like a slender miss
sun salutation tall
grass full of life and breath
happy grass

  6. I love it. Our grass is happy up here too, as the rain has been light and on and off just enough to keep all growing things delighted! Love your photo!
